I couldn’t remember how long it was since I had visited our local show so, I had to go to the The Cairns Show this year. It was the last day for it and I got this wild urge to capture some times-lapses of sideshow alley. It was pretty hectic in those alleys but I stood right in the middle of the mayhem with people kicking my tripod and knocking me and my backpack around (it wasn’t that bad, but ultimately you don’t want to be anywhere near moving things when you’re doing time-exposures) and I still managed to snap a few pics worth editing. Overall it was a lovely experience. This year, I also was asked to be a judge for the Cairns Show Photographic exhibition which was a great experience! I got to work with fellow local Photographers and as a thank you I was gifted a show pass. Thank you Richard Foord and The Cairns Show. I had a ball!
